ANAORI CARBON POT VOL./DISC
A two-handed pan that is just the right size to cook two to three portions of rice. Its flat base make it is suitable for oven baked dishes as well as cooking, simmering and boiling The design resembles the volume knob of classic audio devices.
Fitting well in the hands, the overall sharp lines and delicate curves are made possible through Anaori's carving technology, accurate to 0.1 mm, while the sides serve as handles for an easy and effortless grip. The innovative form goes hand in hand with enhanced functionality. The steam holes can be opened and closed by simply turning the lid. Closing the steam holes is good for both condensed cooking, which eliminates the need to add water, or for pressure cooking. With open holes the pot is ideal for cooking rice or stews.
